Our purple or black commercial bag is reserved for customers with a custom pricing agreement.
It’s about the same size and shape as our linens bag, but it indicates to our team that your account will be charged according to the weight of your laundry when we receive it (rather than per bag of laundry received).
Items in commercial bags are routed to one of our wash, dry, fold facilities and will by default to our standard laundry process. However, special laundering instructions may be honored on the account level — just let us know during onboarding or by reaching out to our support team for your existing account.
