From time to time, you may have a particular issue in your order that you’d like to call attention to and make sure it is addressed. For example, you might want to make sure no creases are in the pants you send in for dry cleaning or that the stains on all of your shirts are treated.
You can add a cleaning note by submitting a request through this link or within the 2ULaundry app following the steps below:
- Open the 2ULaundry app.
- On the home page, you will see your next scheduled pickup. Click on “Add Cleaning Notes”.
- Fill out the details on the form that comes up, scroll to the bottom, provide the details and click “Submit”.
If any details in your cleaning notes are not clear or require further clarification, our Customer Care team will reach out to you in order to make sure we abide to your preferences.
Please remember that changes to your detergent preference or starch level are not cleaning notes and should be changed under the Profile tab in the app instead of using the “Add Cleaning Notes” form.
While we try to honor cleaning notes, we can't honor any of the following notes or suggestions:
- Specialized folding for laundry.
- Water temperature changes.
- Requests to use personal cleaning products or changes to the amount of product used (detergent or softener).
- Requests to fold shirts or other clothing items sent through our dry-cleaning/launder & press service. All clothing items will be sent back on wire hangers.*
- Alteration requests.
*While we previously did attempt to honor the folding of men's shirts in some markets, we no longer offer this option due to limitations in our pickup/delivery and dry cleaning processes. Apologies for any inconvenience!
