We know how frustrating it is to be offered a promo code, place an order, and then not have the promised discount on your receipt. The most common reasons this happens are:
- The promo code is expired. This usally it was added to your account after the advertised promotional dates or you placed an order after the advertised dates.
- The type of service you used on the order was not correct. For example the promo code was specifically for a laundry bag but you only sent in dry-cleaning on the order.
- The dollar amount threshold was not met. For example the promo code specified you needed to spend at least $100 before tax and you only spent $75.
- The promo code was never added to your account. This usually happens in our text-to-schedule promos, where the instructions dictate that you must text back something specific to have the promo applied. Please pay attention to the exact instructions! For example, the text you received says you must text back "SCHEDULE FUN" (not an actual promo code you can use, just an example!) to have a $15 discount on your next order. If you leave out either "SCHEDULE" or "FUN", the promo will not be applied.
From time to time, we do have technical errors that result in promo codes not being applied correctly. If you believe this has happened to you, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. Once it's verified that a technical error occurred with the promo, we can add an account credit for you. When you reach out, please make sure to have the exact promo code you were trying to use available.
