How Do I Schedule a Pickup Without Reaching out to Customer Support?

One great and easy option is Text to Schedule. You can text 58815 proactively to schedule pickups. Use the following commands based on what you need:

  1. SCHEDULE: By texting SCHEDULE to 58815, you’ll receive back available dates for you to schedule a pickup. By responding with one of those dates, you’ll be able to schedule a pickup with just two text messages! We’ll respond to confirm your pickup was successfully scheduled.
  2. SKIP: By texting SKIP (or N) after receiving your nightly reminder message, you can automatically cancel your upcoming pickup.
  3. PICKUP: By texting PICKUP to 58815, you’ll be able to schedule a pickup for the next available business day by sending a single text message! We’ll respond to confirm your pickup was successfully scheduled.
