The third and final section of our billing portal allows you to update your payment preferences. Keep in mind that this is also possible through our app or by contacting our Customer Care team.
Upon clicking on the title "Update card", you will be prompted with a standard payment details screen:
Simply enter the payment details of your new card and you will be ready to go! Our billing portal is secured with strong encryption through our vendor Chargedesk, so your data is safe with us.
Nonetheless, if you still prefer not to provide your credit card details you can reach out to our Customer Care team: if you mention in your message that you wish to update your payment details over the phone, one of our representatives will call you and update your payment information.
