The first section of our billing portal allows you to review your latest charge as well as your current active subscription.
If you do have an active subscription with 2ULaundry, this is what it will look like:
You will be able to take the following actions from within this section:
- Updating your credit card details, by clicking on "Update card" (you can also do this through our app or by reaching out to our Customer Care team if you are not comfortable entering your payment details online)
- Cancelling your current subscription, by clicking on "Cancel subscription"
- Download your latest invoice, by clicking on "Download invoice"
If you do not have an active subscription, this is what this section will look like:
As you can see, the only option available here is to download your latest invoice for the Pay-as-you-go service you were last billed for.
