After using disposable bags for your first laundry service, you'll receive back a reusable laundry bag (or bags) that you should use for all future orders
These bags are yours to keep! However, we do understand that you might have a need for additional bags: for example, if you need to send additional loads of laundry, or if your current bags get lost or damaged.
Please note that you may be charged for any additional bags after those you originally received with your first delivery. If your bag is damaged we will replace them free of charge as long as you report this to our Customer Support team.
If you do not have enough bags for your upcoming pickup, you can request an additional one by clicking here. There's also an option in our app that will allow you to fill in a form and request a new bag:

Fill in your details and let us know of your request!
It's the day of my pickup and I realize I don't have enough 2U bags, what should I do?
Please use a disposable bag (such as a plastic trash bag) to put additional items in and label the bag clearly with the service needed. The driver will transfer the items to a new bag for the service type indicated. If you do not label the bag, the driver may elect to not collect the bag since it can't be assumed which service is needed or if the bag is intended for 2U at all. If there was a n issue in labeling the bag or if you have any questions around this process, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible before your scheduled pickup.
Is it okay to use personal laundry bags or other containers instead of your bags or a trash bag for pickup?
No. Please do not set items out for pickup in any bags or containers that do not wish to dispose of, as neither our drivers or facility teams have a process of keeping up with personal bags or other personal items. It will be assumed that any bag you use for pickup that is not a 2U branded bag is disposable. Please reach out to the customer support team with any questions on bags prior to your scheduled pickup.
