We are happy to offer several ways to customize the process your laundry goes through. In order to make sure everyone is on the same page, we do need to approve each request individually, but it's a quick process. Please reach out to our team with your requirements.
Bleach
By default, our laundry team will add bleach to loads containing white linens and use their professional judgment in dosing. We can accommodate a request for extra bleach or no bleach if you prefer.
Custom Folding and Sorting
We strive to return every item neatly stacked and logically bundled. If you have specific folding requirements, require laundry bag contents not to be mingled, etc., just let us know!
At this time, if you would like items to be returned on clothes hangers, you must utilize our dry cleaning/launder and press bag.
Detergent and Softener
By default, we use unscented hypoallergenic detergent on all orders and do not add softener. You may opt in to either at no charge. Most softener products we utilize are scented.
