For your first laundry pickup, we may arrange to send you our empty laundry bags ahead of time, or disposable bags may be used. Either way, by the time of your first delivery, you will have access to the correct type of bag for your account.
Our bags are reusable and, assuming dry laundry, should last through dozens of orders. However, if you have a need to keep more bags in stock, or your existing bags have become damaged, please just let our Commercial Support agents know! We’ll do our best to accommodate your business needs with no charge for additional bags.
