2ULaundry strives to offer clear and simple pricing. For your convenience, there are no monthly subscriptions, order minimums, or cancelation fees, and you will only be charged for services as they’re used.
Please note that we charge a $10 convenience fee for failed pickups when bags are not left out on a scheduled pickup day. To avoid this fee, cancel your pickup in your Account online or using our mobile app by 8am the morning of your scheduled pickup. You can also reply “N” to the evening or morning reminder text by 8am on your scheduled pickup day.
