We are thrilled to announce an exciting new enhancement to our services at 2ULaundry, designed to offer you savings and greater scheduling flexibility. Effective now in all our markets, we will be offering free Pickup & Delivery and the ability for you to select your preferred delivery date. In response to your feedback and our commitment to continually improve your experience, we are introducing a new feature that allows you to enjoy free Pickup & Delivery when you opt for a more flexible delivery date (two or more business day turnaround). Don't worry, we still offer next-business-day delivery for laundry at the same cost we do today and at no cost to subscribers.* However, this new feature enables you to save $5 on your order and provides scheduling flexibility if you cannot receive your delivery the next business day. When scheduling in the app, you'll be prompted to select both a pickup and a delivery date. See the graphic below for an example of what your app experience should look like. If these features are not showing available to you, we recommend deleting and reinstalling your app and turning on automatic updates.
