Our 58815 phone number is intended to be a resource that will keep you informed about your pickups, make you aware of promotions and new services, and enable you to quickly schedule and manage pickups.
- You will continue to receive pickup reminder messages from this number. These text messages remind you of your orders both the night before and morning of your pickups.
- You can continue replying “N” or “SKIP” to those night before reminder messages to cancel your pickup for the following day.
- You will continue to receive updates on your active order, including when your driver is on the way and when your bags have been picked up or dropped off.
- We’ll use this number to provide helpful resources regarding the service, like FAQ links, how-to articles, promotions, and new services.
- We know you’re busy, and we’re excited to offer you even more convenient ways to schedule your pickups. You can text 58815 proactively to schedule pickups as an alternative to scheduling via the 2ULaundry app. You can now text the following commands to 58815:
- SCHEDULE: By texting SCHEDULE to 58815, you’ll receive back available dates for you to schedule a pickup. By responding with one of those dates, you’ll be able to schedule a pickup with just two text messages! We’ll respond to confirm your pickup was successfully scheduled.
- SKIP: By texting SKIP (or N) after receiving your nightly reminder message, you can automatically cancel your upcoming pickup.
- PICKUP: By texting PICKUP to 58815, you’ll be able to schedule a pickup for the next available business day by sending a single text message! We’ll respond to confirm your pickup was successfully scheduled.
