If you send in a wedding dress, our dry cleaners will decline to clean the item and it will be sent back to you as is. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team with any other questions.
Why can't you just send the wedding dress off for me?
While we would love to be able to accommodate this service, having our dry cleaners send the dress off to their preferred vendor creates an additional layer of logistics that we don't have first hand information on. This results in a multi-week process where we can only provide vague ETAs and updates.
