Whether you're on a subscription model or if you choose our pay-as-you-go methodology, you might find yourself wanting to cancel an upcoming pickup. It might be because you washed your items yourself, because you're waiting to have a bigger pile of pending laundry (we've all been there!) or because you simply don't need our services this time around.
Cancelling a pickup is possible at any time prior to it, but we do ask you to do it in advance: you have until 8:00 AM on the same day of the pickup. If you do not cancel your pickup on time, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $10, unless you're in one of our subscription models in which case your fee will be waived. We do, nonetheless, appreciate the notice as it will help us make our routes more efficient.
The easiest way to cancel an upcoming pickup is texting the letter "N" (without the quotation marks) to our short code number, 58815. Not "Cancel", not "STOP", not "No": just the letter N. If you do happen to send any of those options our Customer Care Team will receive the message and cancel the pickup for you, prior to confirming that this is indeed what you meant to do. However, the quickest and most efficient way is by texting N to our number 58815.
We have an automated process that will immediately cancel the pickup and send you a confirmation about it. Keep in mind that you do need to send the SMS from the phone number that is currently associated to your 2ULaundry account.
If you wish to cancel a pickup that is set in the future and is not the most immediately scheduled one, you will need to make this specification to our Customer Care team. Texting the letter N will only cancel the next immediately scheduled pickup.
