Since this is your first laundry service, you’ll notice we schedule the Welcome Kit to be delivered after you create your account. This means you will not be able to schedule your first laundry service before you have received your laundry bags. (This does not apply in our Austin, Houston, and Tampa markets as we do not distribute welcome kits there. Please see the first laundry pickup instructions here if you are in one of those markets.)
These laundry bags make sure your laundry stays stays safe and garments get proper treatment. If you need more bags or replacement bags, just only need to ask!
The welcome kit will include four bags: the wash & fold laundry bag, the linens bag and your dry cleaning & launder press bag (make sure you check inside your wash & fold bag, as often times the other two will be inside it!). Each of them has a specific use and packing your clothes and garments in them will tell us everything we need to know about the treatment you expect for them.
Please note that our delicate (pink) bags are not included in our welcome kit, but you can request one at any time by reaching out to our Customer Care team!
