Your clothes are never processed in anyone's home, nor do we rely on contractors to select your order when they feel like it and wash your items in a random laundromat.
Your items for dry clean, launder & press service are sent to a trusted dry-cleaning partner that we have an established relationship with. 2ULaundry takes responsibility for maintaining quality standards with these partners.
Everyone who washes your clothing is either an employee of our corporate company, an employee of one of our franchisees, or an employee of one of our trusted dry-cleaning partners.
