After receiving your laundry bag at our facility, the first part of processing is sorting. This step includes:
Checking your pocket for anything left behind
Pre-treating any obvious stains
Noting and setting aside anything that is likely to be damaged, such as items that should be dry cleaned.
Sorting items that may experience color bleed on other items (lites and darks).
Our sorting process has been proven to be a winning step in getting your laundry done correctly. If you feel like your laundry isn't clean, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
The stains on my items are quite bad/severe, what should I do?
While most regular stains can be treated and resolved in regular laundry, there are always going to be some stains that require a more rigorous process or can't be resolved at all.
Sometimes, our dry-cleaning facilities are able to treat stains that our regular laundry facilities can't due to having access to more stain treatment options. Please note that any item treated at our dry-cleaning facility will be charged by the item even if it would normally be part of your regular laundry. Please send our customer support team a cleaning note if you have an item that needs particular stain treatment that you're placing in your dry-clean, launder & press bag.
