Through years of experience, we have perfected the logistical part of our operations to ensure our pickup and delivery process works like a clock to ensure optimal efficiency.
The basics:
Our routes work with what in the world of logistics is known as "commingled routes", which are a two-way process where we take care of pickups and deliveries simultaneously. This reduces delivery time and ensures our drivers have the most efficient routes possible.
All of our drivers are professional, full-time W2 employees of either 2ULaundry corporate or of one of our franchise partners. There are no contractors, no gig-workers and no unlivable wages. And, there is also no confusion about who is handling the pickup and delivery of your laundry.
You are not able to reach out directly to your driver, but if you reach out to our Customer Support team we will be happy to act as an intermediate party with any messages you might have for them regarding pickup and delivery instructions.
Our hours of operation for pickup and delivery vary by market but, in general, we are operating these routes between 8 AM and 6:30 PM.
How will I know when the driver will arrive?
For most pickups and deliveries, you will receive an ETA text to your main number on file the morning of the pickup or delivery with an estimated 3-hour window when the driver will arrive. If you have our 2ULaundry app and notifications for that app are turned on, you should also receive a notification when the driver is a few stops away.
Please note, if you scheduled your order same-day, you will not receive texts or other notifications as your pickup is being scheduled after our system triggers to send out those messages. If you have chosen not receive our texts or are otherwise unable to get them, please set your pickup order out by 8 AM to ensure your pickup is not failed. For same-day pickups, please set your order out right after you have scheduled.
