Our new unified neighborhood routes system, also known as "commingled" system, might indeed cause your laundry to be left outside for a longer period of time, depending on your schedule and where you are located on our routes. For the most part, we expect any changes to be unnoticeable. However, to prevent any scheduling discomfort, we recommend two things:
- Update your pickup and delivery notes in the 2ULaundry App. You can do this by going to your app > “Profile” Tab > Edit Your Locations > Add extra notes for pickups and deliveries. Please note that you can set different notes for your pickups than the notes your have for your deliveries in case you prefer them to be treated separately.
- Consider these tips for leaving your laundry bags outside. These are helpful tips to consider if you are concerned about the changes to your route timing.
