We may not be equipped to handle orders heavily contaminated with bodily fluids, fungus (such as mildew and mold) or pests (such as bed bugs, fleas, etc.) While our team will attempt to clean any order sent, heavily contaminated orders may be subject to rejection and/or additional fees. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care in advance of your pickup. This policy on heavily soiled laundry is to protect our staff and facilities from potential exposure.
In addition, while we do clean items with pet hair, we can't guarantee that excessive pet hair and related stains can be removed.
