While we can wash and process most everyday laundry, we may not be equipped to handle orders heavily contaminated with bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood), fungus (such as mildew and mold) or pests (such as bed bugs, fleas, etc.) Our team will attempt to clean any order sent but heavily contaminated orders may be subject to rejection and/or additional fees. My order has a lot of pet hair on the items, can you clean that?
As with most orders, we will attempt to clean orders with a lot of pet hair but we can't guarantee it will all be removed. If you sent an order with an excessive amount of hair, please expect that some may remain after processing.
Can I sent undergarments with trace amount of bodily fluids?
Yes, we're all human beings and are expecting that some undergarments will be dirty. In the case of any undergarment that is heavily stained, please know that we may not be able to fully resolve the stain but we will make an attempt. If you have undergarment that has excessive bodily fluids, we ask that you please treat that at home (hand washing is recommended) instead of sending that in with your order.
