We know laundry really well, and our operators are trained to immediately detect the potential of damage, such as color bleeding.
If we find an item that is susceptible to color bleed or items that are heavily embellished, we will check in with you to determine the best course of action before proceeding. We will only continue after receiving direct approval from you, which might result in unwanted delays for your delivery.
Please note: while we do our best to detect items that may be damaged, but this is not a guaranteed process. If you suspect that your items may bleed, tear, have embellishments fall off, or buttons/zippers that are already damaged, please do not send those items without the expectation that the item's condition may worsen after processing.
