We ask that you refrain from sending in the following items. The main reason we do not clean these items or materials is either to do the high likelihood of damage to the item if we process it or to one of our machines if processed. While we do our best to identify and set aside any of these items, please know that if you include them in your order and they are damaged, we are not responsible for that damage.
We do not clean:
- Shoes
- Rugs
- Dog beds
- Purses & backpacks
- Stuffed animals
- Goose down*
- Tutus
- Leather
- Suede
- Fur or faux fur
- Rubber
- Weighted blankets
- Wedding Dresses
- Any item with feathers (real or faux) attached
In addition to the above items, our clothing care team reserves the right to not process any other item they deem could be damaged in processing or would damage our equipment.
*Dry Clean Only, do not send in any other laundry bag, including linens.
