We ask that you refrain from sending in the following items. If we receive them, they will be set aside and returned uncleaned and unprocessed:
- Shoes
- Rugs
- Dog beds
- Purses & backpacks
- Stuffed animals
- Goose down*
- Tutus
- Leather
- Suede
- Fur or faux fur
- Rubber
- Weighted blankets
- Wedding Dresses
- Any item with feathers (real or faux) attached
In addition to the above items, our clothing care team reserves the right to not process anything they deem could be damaged in processing or would damage our equipment.
*Dry Clean Only, do not send in any other laundry bag, including linens.
