Even though we do our best to clean every single item that you send us, we do have limitations that are set either to preserve your items from damage, or to preserve our own facilities from the potential damage that would incur in trying to clean one of these items. If we do come across an item that we are unable to clean, we will set it aside and return it to you untreated and in the same conditions in which it was picked up, with advance notice about not being able to clean it sent through our Customer Care department.
