We will need identifying information and a payment method on file to open your account. While there is no charge to create an account, we do place a test hold on your payment method to ensure valid payment and security. This hold typically falls off of your account shortly but you should contact your card issuer or bank if it does not.
Your phone number will be a key element of the entire life cycle with 2ULaundry, so make sure you enter a primary number where you can receive our SMS notifications.
