All of your laundry should be in our designated 2ULaundry bags. We need this in order to ensure your clothes, garments and linens will have the special treatment you'd like them to have. We wouldn't want to risk, for example, placing items in a drier that you meant to hang dry.
If for some reason you do not have a 2ULaundry bag available for your scheduled pickup day, please use a large disposable bag (preferably a garbage bag with drawstrings) and clearly label it with the type of service that is needed: “laundry” for regular wash, dry, fold service, “linens” for linen bag service, “dry cleaning” for dry clean and launder press, and "hang dry" for our hang dry service. Our team will make sure the items are transferred to one of our bags for you.
Please keep in mind that your large plastic bag/garbage bag could be larger than one of our bags and it may require us to place your items in more than one bag, resulting in additional charges.
Please avoid sending your laundry in hampers or on hangers, as both can be damaged in transport. When we return your clean laundry, we will include your personalized laundry bags. Once you have these laundry bags, you can stuff them full at your convenience for future orders.
If you are going to include your items in non-2ULaundry bag, it won't hurt to let our Customer Care team know in advance! You can do so by submitting a request and informing us in advance.
