The bag for our dry-cleaning service is a black bag in all markets. The best part: it doubles as a garment back so items are securely covered at delivery.
The Basics:
Garments included in the dry cleaning bag are either laundered or dry cleaned and later on pressed or steamed depending on the manufacturer’s recommendations.

All items placed in this bag are priced per item and slightly vary depending on your location. Find dry-cleaning pricing here:
To place items in the bag, hold the bag with the strings at the top and the words upside down. Tighten the strings and you have a secure bag that's ready for pickup.
Items will be returned with the bag draped over as a garment carrier, with the hanger hooks going through the top
Can I use my own hangers for this service?
No, we use wire hangers provided by our dry-cleaning facilities. We ask that you do not send in any of your own hangers as we can't promise their return based on dry-cleaning facility processes and, as with all personal items, are not responsible if they are lost or damaged. Can I request items sent to dry cleaning are folded?
No, we are unable to accommodate requests for folding items that go to our dry-cleaning facility due to processing constraints.
I want items laundered and pressed, not dry cleaned. I'm confused, do I use the dry-cleaning bag?
Yes! As stated by the writing on the bag, this bag takes care of all items that are dry cleaned or laundered and pressed. The key difference comes down to the care instructions on the label. If labels say "dry clean only", they will typically be dry cleaned with all other items being laundered and pressed.
Why is there a price difference for "dry cleaned shirts" and "laundered shirts" but all other items are the same regardless of service?
When you see pricing for "laundered shirt" or similar variation, this is only for men's button-up shirts that can both be laundered and are save to send through a commercial pressing machine. If the shirt requires dry-cleaning or if it requires hand-pressing for any reason, it will be priced as a "dry-cleaned shirt".
All other items have a set price because they all require hand pressing regardless of whether they are dry cleaned or laundered, resulting in a higher price.
So some items that are laundered are charged as if they are dry-cleaned, how is that correct?
Yes, because the price reflects the extra care for hand-pressing which incurs more labor and is a higher cost. If your items can be laundered, do not need pressing, and do not have any damage concerns if they are put in a regular laundry load, we encourage you to use our laundry bag service which is the most affordable and priced by the bag.
Can I have items pressed or on hangers if I use a regular laundry bag?
No. The only way to ensure your items are pressed or on hangers is to send them in our dry clean, launder & press bag. Pressing and hangers are not available at any regular laundry facility. Dry clean, launder & press items go to a physically separate facility from our regular laundry items.
Can I put my dry-cleaning bag in the regular laundry bag, it looks like it will fit?
No! Please leave all bags out separately for pickup. If you place your dry-cleaning bag (or any other bag) inside your regular laundry bag, this could result in your items going to the wrong facility for processing which would further result in potentially lost or damaged items, in addition to a delay in your order. If you have any confusion about this, please reach out to our customer support team before placing anything out for pickup.
