The bag is dark grey and made of a canvas material with white writing that says "Linens Only" in all of our markets. The bag holds 35 lbs on average.
This bag is only for machine-washable household items: sheets, towels, comforters, washcloths.
No clothing of any kind goes in this bag!

This bag is offered at a lower price than regular wash & fold service for clothing because household items are less time consuming to wash and fold, meaning they cost less to process. To see pricing for this bag, please select your market:
All items in this bag are washed in cold water and dried at around 140°. We are unable to make changes to the temperature in our washing or drying process.
I have a business, should I use this bag?
If you have a commercial account with us, you may be instructed to use the Linens Bag or you may be directed to use one of our Commercial Bags. This will vary based on a variety of factors. I have items made of linen fabric, should those go in this bag?
No! Most items made of linen should be sent for dry cleaning services. If you include items made of linen in the linens bag, please know they could incur damage of which we are not responsible.
I have household items that recommend they be dry cleaned, can I put them in this bag?
No! Please put any item that is recommended to be dry-cleaned in our black Dry Clean/Launder & Press bag for service. If you include items that recommend or require dry cleaning in the linens bag, please know they could incur damage of which we are not responsible.
