Our wash and fold bags are for "regular laundry" and vary in appearance based on which market you're in. The basics:
If you're in CLT, SAT, or TPA, your laundry bags are black and box-shaped (like the photo above). They hold, on average 30 lbs.
If you're in AUS or HOU, your laundry bags are blue and in the shape of a traditional laundry bag. You have an option of 2 sizes, large and x-large. The large bag holds on average 27 lbs and the x-large holds on average 35 lbs.

How is the regular laundry bag processed?
Items in the wash & fold bags get treated like regular laundry: they are washed, dried and folded before being delivered back to you. We have a streamlined process that ensures no items are left in the pockets before they are placed in a washing machine, and all of your clothes are washed with cold water and dried on medium temperature. Due to processing constraints, we can't change the water or heat temperature of your laundry load but you should expect all laundry to come back to you clean, wonderfully folded, and without issue.
What should go in my laundry bag?
These bags should hold your everyday laundry, which includes most clothing and other items that you would run through your personal washer and dryer. If clothing items require or recommend a delicate wash, you should use our delicate bag instead. If your clothing items need pressing or dry cleaning, please use our dry-cleaning bag. While our clothing care associates do their best to pull clothing that they feel should not be processed as regular laundry, we can't guarantee that this will happen if items are not in the correct bag and are not responsible for damage if items are placed in the wrong bag.
