At The Folde, you had three options for recurring orders: weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. There will be some changes to your schedules depending on your subscription type, as 2ULaundry only provides weekly recurring pickups.
If you were a weekly recurring customer, there have been no changes to your weekly schedule and we have transitioned your schedule for you. To review your current schedule, please download the app and sign in using your phone number. The app is available for iOS download and Google Play.
If you were a bi-weekly or monthly recurring customer, unfortunately 2ULaundry does not yet offer recurring schedules with neither of these frequencies so you will have to either choose a weekly schedule or program individual pickups:
- Switching to a weekly schedule: when you get the reminder about your next laundry pickup, you can skip the pickup via text message or push notification. A weekly recurring schedule reserves your place on the delivery route. However, if you do not need a laundry pickup, you can skip it with no penalty.
Please keep in mind that in an effort to make sure no laundry days are missed, all bi-weekly and monthly recurring orders are being switched to weekly recurring orders. - Use our "Pay-as-you-go" option: we can remove your weekly recurring order and you can log into the app to schedule orders with our "Pay-as-you-go" option, meaning that you will pay for each order individually.
