Our subscriptions are called 2UWeekly and 2UWeekly+, and you can read all about them accessing this article. As a customer, you might have questions about what happens with unused bag credits, adding additional services, billing times, rescheduling laundry days and switching to a new model. How do you handle unused bag credits?
Every 4 weeks your account will receive 4 bag credits for laundry bags (if you're on our 2UWeekly subscription) as well as 4 bag credits for linen bags (if you're subscribed to 2UWeekly+). Your subscription is renewed every 4 weeks, resetting your credit count to 4 by the first day of your subscription.
If you had any unused credits, only 1 of them will roll over to your next period. If a pickup is scheduled outside of the subscription period that has not been renewed, the service is subject to a regular Pay-as-you-go pricing model (without applying any discounts).
Can I use additional services if I'm on a weekly plan?
Of course! A weekly plan does not limit your use of additional 2U services. In fact, you will receive a 15% (if you're subscribed to 2UWeekly) or 20% discount (when you're subscribed to 2UWeekly+) on hang dry, linen, dry cleaning and additional laundry services.
Additional services will be billed at a discounted rate throughout the subscription period. You will receive a separate charge as soon as the additional service is completed.
When will by subscription be billed?
Customers are billed four weeks from the initial enrollment date. Weekly plans are automatically renewed every 4 weeks unless changes are made in the account prior to the billing renewal date.
For example, if you enrolled on March 1st, 2023, you will be billed on March 29th and your new subscription period will begin as of the latter date.
Are my pickups limited to four per month?
No, a weekly plan does not restrict the number of pickups you can schedule during the 4-week period. If you would like to schedule an additional pickup aside from the ones you are entitled to through your subscription, simply schedule a one-time pickup in your account.
You will be charged with the Pay-as-you-go rate for this additional service using the applied discount rate of 15% or 20%, depending on whether you are subscribed to 2UWeekly or 2UWeekly+.
Can I change my pricing plan?
Of course! However, you will have to make this through a request to our Customer Care team. You can send us an email to care@2ulaundry.com or submit a request using this form.
Can I reschedule my laundry day?
Yes, Laundry Day can be rescheduled up until the night before your pickup. Simply reschedule the individual service date or your entire recurring Laundry Day in your account. While advance notice for cancellations is appreciated, subscribers will not be penalized for failed pickups.
