If you are thinking about hiring our services, you're also probably wondering how much we charge for them. You might have seen our subscription models in our website and are thinking about which is the option that will best fit your laundry needs - and your pocket! This article contains an overview of our "Pay-as-you-go" prices as well as an introduction to our subscription models: 2U Weekly and 2U Weekly+.
It's important to note that our services have slightly different fees depending on the city you live in. This is due to different costs and factors that are implied in our fee structure. At the bottom of this article you will find links to each city's list of fees. Pay-as-you-go
As simple as it gets: we pick up your laundry, take care of it and charge you for the services you used. You can choose the frequency and the amount of bags depending on your own needs, and pay for each service individually.
The pay-as-you-go service is subject to a series of fees on top of its cost, which include:
- Pickup and delivery - This fee covers logistics-related costs including gas, transportation, van maintenance and, perhaps most importantly, labor. 2ULaundry drivers are W2 employees, covered by company insurance. They are trained to drive our fleet of pink laundry vans, use 2ULaundry’s proprietary technology, and provide a 5-star pickup and delivery experience. With this fee in place, we can continue staffing an amazing team of drivers that are compensated fairly.
- Service - It covers operating expenses such as quality assurance, facility operations and top-tier customer support.
- Order minimum - If your order costs below $15, we'll add an additional charge that gets your total prize to pay to this amount.
- Failed pickup fee - A pickup that does not take place will result in the same cost as one that did, since our drivers will have visited your house.
You can cancel your pickup until no later than 8:00 AM of the day in which it is scheduled. We will always send you a reminder the evening before and the morning of pickup. -
Additional bag request - You will be charged for additional bags that you request on top of those provided to you with your welcome kit. If your bag is damaged or lost, we will replace them free of charge as long as you report this to our Customer Care team.

2UWeekly*
If you are certain that you will be sending us a bag of laundry per week, then this is the ideal service for you. You will pay a subscription that is renewed every 4 weeks and entitles you to 4 bag "credits". You can use each credit to have one bag of laundry cleaned whenever you want within that 4-week period.
Additional discounts: paying for this subscription entitles you to a 15% discount on any additional services you hire with 2ULaundry on top of your 4 bag credits.
Unused credits: in the event that you have unused credits after these 4 weeks have gone by, only one of them will roll over to your next period.
2UWeekly+*
This subscription includes credits for 4 bags of linen and 4 bags of laundry, all of valid for a 4-week period. It's just like the 2UWeekly subscription, with the bags of linen added to it!
Additional discounts: any purchase you make outside of your credits will have a 20% discount added on top of it.
Unused credits: in the event that you have unused credits after these 4 weeks have gone by, only two of them will roll over to your next period (one for each type of service: linen and laundry).
