Creating your account
Before you place your first order, you will need to create an account. After you've downloaded our app , start by entering your contact information into the signup process. The basic contact info that is needed to create an account is your name, email, phone number, and address.
Choosing your services
After you enter your contact information, you will select the services for your first order. There are two options available, you can select only one or both of them.
- Laundry & Linens - This is basic wash and fold laundry: the laundry that you would wash in a washer and dryer at home. The items are washed, dried and, dare we say, beautifully folded.
- Dry Cleaning - Garments you want dry cleaned and returned on a hanger. Like a traditional dry cleaner, these are returned steamed and/or pressed
Selecting your preferences
Detergent
We offer two options for detergent: scented or hypoallergenic.
Softener
We offer two options: either using softener on your laundry or not using it at all.
Starch
We offer two options: either using starch on your laundry or not using it at all.
A question we often get is regarding what starch is at all, and why it could be used in your service! Starch is useful for giving a garment body and shape, especially for all-cotton or linen garments. It creates a stiffness in the fabrics that makes it easier to iron and harder to wrinkle. For example: regular starching can help a shirt hold its fresh-pressed shape longer.
However, starch is not for everyone! It can make clothes stiff and uncomfortable, and that is why we leave the choice to you!
Scheduling your pickup
Use the calendar icons to schedule your laundry pickup. When you click on a calendar icon, the information below changes to properly reflect your pickup date and your delivery date. The date in which your welcome kit is delivered will also be taken into consideration.
Below is a closer look at the order details. Since this is your first order, you will see three pieces of information:
- The default date for your Welcome Kit delivery
- Confirmation of the pickup date your have selected
- Confirmation of the delivery date tied to the pickup date your have selected
Also on this screen is the ability to set your order to a recurring weekly order. If you would like to set this to be a weekly recurring order, you will check the box to indicate your preference to be on a weekly recurring schedule.

Entering payment information
This is where you will enter any coupons or promo codes that you may have. You’ll notice here that there is no payment due today. Placing your order is like scheduling a dinner reservation at a restaurant: there is no charge because we do not yet know what you’re going to order.
Your order will not be charged until it gets back to our facility and is processed. You will be charged before delivery and provided an itemized receipt.
