Business hours

Our Customer Care Team provides support from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday.

Feel free to contact us after hours and we’ll get back to you the next business day after 8am.

If you’d like to schedule a next-day pickup after hours, simply text M, T, W, TH, or F for the day of the week you’d prefer. Our system will automatically schedule your pickup.

2ULaundry is all about convenience, and that includes our dedication to providing excellent customer support. If contacted during business hours, Customer Care typically responds within 30 minutes!
