For our wash, dry, fold service, we offer simple, flat-rate pricing based on the size of the bag. All dry cleaning and launder and press orders are charged by the item. For more information about pricing, please enter your zip code on our homepage.
For your convenience, there are no monthly subscriptions or cancelation fees, and you will only be charged for services as they’re used.
Failed pickups: A $10 convenience fee will be charged for failed pickups, where bags are not left out on a scheduled pickup day. To avoid this fee, simply reply “N” to the reminder text by 8am on your scheduled pickup day.
Billing takes place the morning following pickup. Monday through Thursday, this would be the morning of your scheduled delivery. On Friday, billing takes place on Saturday morning. We will automatically charge the credit card on file. To change your primary credit card, please contact your Customer Care Team or visit the Billing Details section of your Online Account.
