For our wash, dry, fold service, we offer simple, flat-rate pricing based on the size of the bag. All dry cleaning and launder and press orders are charged by the item. More information about pricing can be found here: https://www.2ulaundry.com/pricing
For your convenience, there are no monthly subscriptions or cancelation fees, and you will only be charged for services as they’re used.
Failed pickups: A $10 convenience fee will be charged for failed pickups, where bags are not left out on a scheduled pickup day. To avoid this fee, simply reply “N” to the reminder text by 8am on your scheduled pickup day.
Billing takes place the morning of your scheduled delivery. Monday through Thursday pickups will be billed the following morning. Friday pickups will be billed the following Monday morning.
If your payment fails, we will immediately contact you via text and email notifying you to the payment issue. Payment will need to be made by 1pm on the day of your scheduled delivery in order to receive your clean clothes that afternoon. Payment method can be updated through the Billing Details section of your Online Account or by contacting your Customer Care Team.
