2ULaundry covers minor alterations and repairs including button repair, zipper repair, and simple sewing and hemming. These services generally take up to 3-5 business days. Please use the black bag for all repair items and notify your Customer Care Team in advance of your pickup.

Wash & Hang Dry
We also offer Wash & Hang Dry service for delicates, athletic wear, and other light-weight clothing that should not go through the dryer. Everything sent in this bag will be washed on cold and immediately hung up on hangers to air dry.
To opt in to this service, simply select the pink 2ULaundry bag at signup. Sort these items in advance and place the bag outside on the morning of your scheduled pickup, making sure it's separate from the other 2U bags to ensure the Hang Dry service is registered at the time of pickup and sent to our correct facility for cleaning and care.
Our Wash & Hang Dry service costs $10 per bag per pickup. The bag holds 8-10 lb. or ~1 load of laundry and is comparable in size to a plastic grocery bag.
Please note that given our 1 business day turnaround on services, items may be returned damp and require additional drying time. All Hang Dry items will be returned on hangers and will not be covered to allow additional drying time in transit and prevent any mildew or damage to the garments. We recommend our Wash, Dry & Fold, Dry Cleaning, or Launder & Press service for any heavier or bulkier items. If you do choose to send jeans, sweaters, and other heavier items through the Hang Dry service, always allow for additional drying time upon delivery.
