If you do not have the correct bags or enough bags for your upcoming pickup, please contact Customer Care or request the additional bag through your Account online or using our mobile app. We’ll deliver one to your location free of charge. If we're unable to deliver an additional bag in advance of your pickup, simply leave the items in a personal bag labeled with your name and the requested service(s).
