Your first pickup will be scheduled during the signup process.
To schedule additional pickups or modify your existing schedule, log in to your Online Account or text Customer Care with your preferred pickup date using M, T, W, TH, or F for the day of the week you’d prefer. For additional options, call or text with your preferred date or schedule pickups through your Online Account.
We accept scheduling requests, cleaning notes, and location updates through the Online Account until midnight the night before pickup. Similarly, when using M, T, W, TH, or F our system will push same-day requests to the following week.
Same-day pickup requests can be accommodated by Customer Care until 8am the morning of the requested pickup by texting the pickup date to our team.
Customers have the option to schedule one-time pickups on an as-needed basis or recurring weekly schedules for more consistent service.
You will always receive a reminder text the night before your pickup, giving you the option to cancel or reschedule your pickup if needed. Please make sure the primary phone number on your account receives texts!
