How do I use the bags?
The blue bags are for our wash, dry, fold service. Anything that can go through a regular washer and dryer should be sent in one of these bags for cleaning. Please make sure the bag is fully closed for pickup!
The pink bag is for our hang dry service. Items sent out in this bag are washed on cold and then hung up on hangers to air dry. The pink bag should be used to sort items for hang dry and sent out for pickup inside of the blue laundry bag. Please make sure the bag is fully closed before placing it inside the blue bag to ensure items are not mixed!
The black bag is for dry cleaning and launder and press services. As a standard, dress shirts are automatically laundered and pressed unless the cleaning tag on this items say, "dry clean only." If you would like other items laundered and pressed, simply notify your Customer Care Team in advance of your pickup.
The dry cleaning bag doubles as a laundry bag and hanging bag. For pickup, flip the hanging bag upside down, place the garments down in the bottom of the bag, and cinch the bag fully closed.
How big are the bags?
Our large wash, dry, fold bag holds 4-6 loads of laundry (up to 40 lbs) and our small bag holds 2-3 loads of laundry (up to 25 lbs). The large bag is comparable to a standard laundry basket.
What if I don't have the bags I need for pickup? What if all of my laundry doesn't fit?
If you do not have the correct bags or enough bags for your upcoming pickup, please contact your Customer Care Team. If we're unable to deliver an additional bag in advance of your pickup, simply leave the items in a personal bag labeled with your name and the requested service. Please do not use an incorrect bag for pickup.
What do I do with the bags after my first pickup?
The 2ULaundry bags are yours to keep for future pickups and deliveries. Each bag has a unique tag with your contact information and cleaning preferences. Simply fill them with laundry for pickup and we will clean and return your clothes according to preference within the same bags for future use.
